Negishi speaks of Montreal film award

TOKYO, Japan - Kichitaro Negishi (C), who won the best director award at the Montreal World Film Festival for his film ''Viyon no Tsuma'' (Villon's Wife), is photographed together with Takako Matsu (R) and Tadanobu Asano, both of whom starred in it, in Tokyo on Sept. 9, 2009. Negishi told reporters he was only ''lucky'' to win the highly competitive event.
